How will you ring in 2009?
We haven't decided between a debaucherous, bubbly-filled night on the town or a sweet spell with cider on the couch. But we do know there are a few places you won't see us, along with a few places that we wouldn't mind slipping through the back door. |

Where you won't find Blush: in Sydney, where the Hilton sisters are hosting the "Bongo Virus NYE Party." Featuring Kaz James and DJ Havana Brown. We're pretty sure no one heads out on NYE hoping to catch an unspecified disease. Tickets are around $130. |

Most people couldn't understand why Denise Richard's reality show "It's Complicated" got picked up for another season. But, unlike the masses, we have a more complicated relationship with Denise. Personally, we loved the train wreck TV show; we couldn't wait for the next crass thing to spill out of her glossy potty mouth or watch her untangle herself from another fake blind date. That said, we're not trying to be fixed up with her at Privé in Vegas. |

What we wouldn't mind seeing is the obsessively chronicled love life of Lindsay Lohan and DJ Samantha Ronson playing out onstage at Mansion in Miami. Partygoers will be lining up to get a peek at their first kiss of 2009. Tickets run from $200- $5,000. |

Who wouldn't happily support the ex-Blink-182 drummer and DJ AM after their survival of the tragic plane crash in September? The duo will celebrate on the decks at the Lot in West Hollywood. Tickets run from $150- $225. |

"Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2009" (some sort of major power struggle going on in that title) will apparently feature a surprise appearance by the Jonas Brothers in Times Square, along with Natasha Bedingfield, Jesse McCartney, and the Pussycat Dolls (among others). If we were fifteen, we would so be bugging our moms for tickets. |

Across the way, Carson Daly is hosting Katy Perry, 50 Cent, and Ludacris in Times Square. (Broadcast live on NBC). We'd forgotten he existed since he broke off his engagement with Tara Reid, and now that she's finally in rehab, there's nothin' to see here, folks. We'll probably tune into Dick Clark and Seacrest, for that timeless Times Square feel when the ball drops.
Sidenote: As usual, with the Kardashians at LAX, Spencer and Heidi at Christian Audiger the Nightclub, and Denise Richards at Privé, don't hit up Sin City if you don't want a cameo on a reality TV show in 2009. |
